Our Policies



Notification and Reminder of your Appointment

We will send you an SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow for any changes or cancellations.

Should you need to change your appointment, please do as soon as you receive the SMS reminder, this

allows us to offer your appointment to clients on our wait list.



Changes to your Appointment

We understand that you may need to change your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a

minimum of 24 hours to allow us to offer your appointment to clients on our wait list. We may require a deposit in our busier times of the year. This is nonrefundable if you havent given us 24 hours notice.



Cancellation Fee

If you provide us with less than 24 hours notice or fail to arrive for your appointment, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee or an equivalent loss of Bianco Beautiful Loyalty points.



Booking Fee

During peak times and for treatments over an hour, you may be required to secure your booking with a 50% deposit.

You will be advised at the time of booking if this is required.


We aim for all clients to have a calm and relaxed experience at Bianco Beauty Skin + Body.


Please have your phone switched to silent prior to entering the Salon. 


We understand that we can all be delayed from time to time, if you are running late, we may need to cut your 

appointment time to ensure we are not late for our next client at their scheduled appointment. 



Contra Indications: Medical 

Prior to your appointment with us. If you have any medical conditions, allergies or pregnant please advise us at the time of booking, this includes cold-sores.

We are unable to treat you with certain conditions or we may simply need to adjust your requested treatment.


Please advise us on any of the following : 

  • Using a steroid cream or medication
  • Thyroid : Hypothyroid or Hyperthyroid
  • High or Low Blood Pressure
  • Pregnant or possibly pregnant
  • Heart Conditions or medication
  • Using Roacutane
  • Cancer : Current or past
  • Diabetes
  • OR any condition you believe we might need to know prior to treating you.

If you are anxious or under 'stress' please let us know, we will 'TRIPLE' ensure that we make your

time with us as calm and quiet as possible. 


COVID-19 Guidelines 


Please read these Guidelines prior to arriving for your appointment: - 


We have the right to refuse treatment at any stage if we feel our health or any other clients health 'may' be compromised.


If you are feeling unwell or have knowingly been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 or COVID-19 type symptoms please do NOT arrive for your appointment.  Call us immediately to reschedule. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible during these times so we can TRY to fill your appointment. 


Be mindful that a 'slight cold or small cough' is a HUGE health issue during COVID-19 and could very quickly spread to our team, our clients and shut our business down.


Please be ON TIME for your appointment to avoid over filling our reception area and having the next client need to wait.


A mask MUST be worn at certain times in the salon as per DHHS guidelines.


No children, family members or guests are able to attend the Salon.   It is STRICTLY clients with appointments only. 


Upon entering the Salon you MUST sanitise your hands before being seated, You will also be required to SANITISE your hands following your treatment. 


You must NOT TOUCH or handle any products within the salon.


You must retain 1.5m physical distance from other clients, your Therapist is an exception. 


Prior to your appointment, you will need to either, wait outside the front of the salon and we will unlock the door OR we you can wait in your car and we will call you when we are ready.  


We are only able to have 'minimal' people in the salon to adhere to the 4sqm per person Health guidelines.


We suggest that you aim to fit most of your beauty needs into ONE visit rather than multiple visits. 


Should you prefer to wear a face mask during your treatment, please let us know.  Where + if possible we will assist with this.


Ensure that we have your latest details on our system. 


Please help us ensure we retain a safe environment for all of my staff, clients and community.  IF you are feeling UNWELL, do NOT attend.
